pure thoughts
i dont know...recently (perhaps out of boredom or i have nth else to do) im always thinking about sex, watching porn, too much w---ing and stuffs like that. any advice on how i can stop thinking of those and have a cleaner mind?

You have an issue with sex, where you consider it dirty and wrong. Firstly forget that mentality, masturbation, and sexual thoughts are natural processes, almost everyone does it!!!
If you've got nothing to do, and you're doing it just to pass time, as a previous poster suggested get out and do something. Its not healthy to stay in all day watching porn, but don't panic about doing it full stop, this isn't wrong, bad or evi, its normal!!!
Why not get a hobby, go for a walk, take an evening class, just to pass some time, and keep you busy for a portion of the day!!

If your serious about stopping watching and thinking about it, then you really need to just keep your hands and mind occupied more. Take up exercising with a regime; buy a lot of dvds and then watch them all; build model planes or something; read a very long but interesting book; spend a lot of time reading the topics on this forum site and help people with their problems.
No need to feel guilty. Boredom often has a similar effect on me.

Change your religion then. Any religion that suppresses harmless instinctive human behaviour is *******s. In fact, all of them are *******s, but that's beside the point.

Christianity (certainly Catholicism), Judaism and Islam for starters.

Well, if they don't it can often cause them pretty serious mental issues. I mean, if you think you're going to be roasting in the flames of Hell for having a **** (which is a pretty strong instinct) then it's not going to be doing your mental health any favours. Having said that, even when I was still a Catholic I didn't have many qualms about it.
Some people do though. As for what nutjob came up with the rule - well, I'd say God, but he doesn't exist so I'm gonna go with the people who claim to know "God's" will.
