Being under 18 during Freshers Week - will I miss out on much?!
I'm a 17 year old female who'll be turning 18 in February 2015. I'm not a big drinker but I do like to drink with friends when going out, so I was wondering if I'll miss out on a lot during Freshers.
All of the events (besides one, which I'll be going to) are for over 18's and I'm wondering if I'll be allowed entry to the clubs at uni, or the student bar. I don't mind so much about whether I get served alcohol or not, if needs be I can ask a friend to buy some on my behalf. I'm mainly worried about the possibility that I won't be allowed to go to any events and miss out on the whole experience that is Freshers Week. If you have experienced this, it'd be great to hear what you did when in this dilemma. Thanks.
