AS OCR Biology Practical Exam/Controlled Assesment?

What were the questions for the evaluative task,I can't remember? I've done both the qualitative and the evaluation tasks now
For the evaluative task, what did anyone put for the student graph mistake? I put the x and y axis were the wrong way around but I don't think it's right

There are four tasks to choose from, and even then they're not available online. You'd be best off asking your teachers for help.
