Everyone who got two offer from one faculty

hi all,
I have applied two MSc programs and they all belong to bartlett. Now I accept one of them and the condition of the other one is just Application completed. Is there any possible that I could get two offer from one faculty?

I accept MSc economics and policy of energy and the environment. Wish to meet some "future classmate":}
