Why do the media long for Liverpool to win and jump on the Utd bangwaggon?

Not directly related, but I have noticed the Guardian newspaper seems to love Liverpool.

Makes sense really, eternal victim-complexes together etc

How are you going to provide a killer ball through the defence when your strikers are RVP and Rooney?

Think this problem comes through a lack of wingers, especially in a 3-5-2. Leads to full backs just becoming narrower and essentially doubling up on RVP and Rooney. In Giggs/Ronaldo(lol)/any ****ing winger days, they would stretch defences, then bam over the top to one of Rooney/other strikers due to good movement.

Hardly noticed it myself. Isn't Daniel Taylor a United fan, anyway?

Nope. Nottingham Forest fan. He's a very good writer tbh. Only tends to get misty eyed over Brian Clough though!
