Make sure you have prepared for all the 'obvious' questions, e.g. 'why York?' 'why Natural Sciences?' 'do you study/take interest in science outside school?', and for anything based on your PS.

I have seen people thrown into a panic by the HR person's opening question, 'Did you have a good journey here?/Did you find us ok?' This was for job interviews, not academic, but the principle remains the same.
