how can i stop myself from getting a shock

i had a crush on someone, a stupid pointless crush cos he wasnt obtainable. well he found out....etc...well i get a shock everytime i see him. how can i stop this? does this mean im still crushing on him. also i blush furiously everytime i see him even if he is in the distance. what can i do. i want to get back to normal

Me thinks you still like him. This happened to me, dunno if he knew or not lol but i got quite harsh and sudden chest pains like my heart just pounded suddenly when I saw him :redface:

lol. It may be a mixture of embarassment and liking him still, or worrying what he's thinking if he looks at you. It'll fade :smile:

do you find that when you turn around to look at him, your vision goes into slow motion and it suddenly comes into focus when u finally look at him. i also get pains in my tummy and get breathlessness and feel sick. i cant control it
