English Literature B

Hi guys, wondering if we could all help each other out a bit.

I'm studying The Great Gatsby, The Kite Runner, Keats and Rossetti.

Thought we could all share our notes, I'm really struggling with the poetry.
Also, what is meant by openings and endings?

Thanks
I do kite runner, great gatsby, Coleridge and Tennyson

It is basically the type of course you are doing s there I English Literature A as well, it has nothing to do with the actual grades.
Gatsby, Kite Runner, Tennyson and Browning here! I must say I don't enjoy the poetry that much... Even though they're some of our great poets, dissecting it all can be strenuous.

True, but for the poetry there isn't much in depth analysis required like all the metaphors, similes, it is more how they feed into the narrative technique, I guess I like that more than in GCSE.
How are you guys told you answer? are you told to use the building blocks of narrative?
