Attend Uni in other country while having deferred entry in UK.

Hi,
I have currently applied for deferred entry, and I was wondering if during my year off I can attend a university in my home country? Is there something like Terms&Conditions for Uni, which would be violated by attending a different university xD?

If you qualify for Student Finance in the UK, the year you spend at uni in your home country would be deducted from your entitlement. Entitlement to SF in the UK is based on the number of previous years of uni-level study you've done, even if you funded it yourself.

Plus if you go to uni for a year outside the UK, you may not be considered to be a UK resident for that time, which would prevent you from getting SF altogether.
