Uni? Leave of absence? Gap year? (IB??)

I'm 16 at the moment doing my ALevels (sociology, business and sport studies which is a BTEC)

I don't really know what I want to do after ALEVELS, but I have been researching investment banking and it sounds stressful but interesting with quite good pay.

I live in the UK, but would want to live in the USA one day, or a country like spain (which is a completely different discussion, but just think of the USA)

Could I get a degree in the UK, and move to the USA for investment banking? Or do they not hire people from abroad. Or would it be easier to get a degree in the USA, then go from there?

Anyways I've always wanted to travel the world and would love to see Asia, and more. Would 1 term at uni be good (then take a leave of absence) or just take a full gap year before hand. I would want to study something business related

I know I have alot of time to decide but anything would be helpful!

I don't know about the USA vs UK aspect of finance degree.

For taking a gap year, i would suggest taking one. If you want to travel, then do so in a gap year then go uni. Also you can apply know and just defer your entry for 2025.
