Nottingham Trent is my confirmed place on UCAS Track "Unconditional offer (firmly accepted)", however I haven't received any information or notification from the university itself yet, not even an email or an NTU ID number? Is this normal, and when should I expect to get it?

Hello, I've a rather random request but wondered if you might be able to help.

I previously booked accommodation at Blenheim halls and I'm yet to confirm my place their, however I wish to relocate to private housing for personal reasons.

If I were to cancel my accommodation I would automatically loose my deposit so I wondered if it were possible for me to "give" my room to someone else and have them give me their deposit ?

Hi,

I have just contacted the accommodation team and here's their response.

If you wanted to cancel your accommodation booking you will need to email [email protected]. You would also lose the booking fee as this is non refundable. Also you would not be able to 'give' your accommodation to someone else I am afraid.
