That really should be a choice that you ought to make! Personally (I'm a decade younger than you) I'd always date people around my age since we would both be at the same stage in life and would be more likely to connect.

I would say 25 - 35 would be ideal. Also, if you want to find someone to settle down with In the next few years dont waste too much time with questionable suitability relationships.
