We've now got a hotline available for anyone to call (even if you're not thinking about Staffs) for advice about clearing:

We're approaching results day - it's really exciting so fingers crossed for everyone If things don't quite work out on the day or you're worrying about not making your grades don't worry - you're still able to apply through clearing.
Clearing can be pretty confusing so we've put together a series of videos from students, recruitment officers and academics that will make clearing clear and help you to get prepared for results day!
I'm also on hand and will be here on the day to answer any questions you've got about clearing. Even if you're not applying or thinking about Staffs Uni you can always get in touch and we'll be happy to help you

Here's our second clearing made clear video, from Phil who is our student recruitment officer and a graduate who went through clearing himself. Hey says prepare for clearing and then try to stop worrying about it: if you think you'll be in clearing, start doing your research now so you know what to do on the day.

Here's our third clearing made clear video, from our award leader for animation and puppetry.
- Always keep your phone on you so you don't miss any calls
- Make sure you keep an eye on your emails, especially your junk folder as sometimes emails may end up there
- Be patient, you might be waiting around so stay calm, ahve a cup of tea and don't let it get to you

It can be pretty confusing thinking about clearing, so the day before and on the day Emma will be doing a social media takeover so she can give you advice and answer your questions from a student perspective.

If you don't get your grades on results day, make sure you take time to do some research before making any decisions. Don't panic and apply for the first university which offers you a place through clearing - breathe, talk things over with your family/friends and make sure that you've made the right choice.
