University of York for masters in computer science ?

Hi guys really need some help, I got an offer( Conditional English language) for MSc software engineering at York, I got gud overall score but unfortunately 0.5 less in reading (lack of time management ), so my offer is still conditional and on the hand I have Cardiff Msc Advanced CS with placement Unconditional offer. So I'M really stuck here to whether should I differ my offer & get yet another year experience or Should I just go to Cardiff .
I have done a lot of research as every PG student does, it's getting really difficult to making a decision towards Cardiff over York at CS department as I have heard / read very gud stuff about York CS department & I also really liked Course & optional modules.
So please help me, as I have to make a decision as soon as possible.
