So I smoke and I wondered what the campus policy was on smoking I assume it's off campus like most collages or universities.

Smoking on campus is generally tolerated, there are a few non smoking zones, eg. outside of the main building. Other than that it's pretty relaxed, I see many people smoking outside the library.
