It's possible that you could find experience in some sort of lab but many places will probably tell you the same thing. There is also an issue with privacy in psychology as you are dealing with real people. It may be better to get work experience somewhere that is not directly related to psychology but could be linked to the subject.

I've known friends to get experience working for charities like Childline and Beatbullying manning the instant messages. You could try looking on volunteering websites at becoming a befriender too
