Anyone who is applying through tutelage?

Can somebody tell me if there service truly is free and whether they have high grade requirements? (I've called them twice, and emailed but they don't respond)

I've applied through them. It depends which university you apply for but most of them are. Which uni are you applying for and what grades do you have? I applied with B's but minimum I think you can apply for is with C's I think. You should try again, they usually respond quickly!
