75kg squat but should i deload to empty bar?

Ok so im on SL 5x5

I have buttwink, stance too wide, bar was way up instead of my rear delts, my core hasnt been super tight all the time.

My friend said i should deload to empty bar and work on my form.
Going from 75 to 50 would be fine but to 20? My ego cant allow it plus ill lose gains

I can pm you a form vid to see

Go as low as you need to to get good form

Don't bring your ego into it

I'd start with more like 10 or 20% deload. That should be light enough to let you correct it.

All noob lifters have form issues, you just sort them as you go. If you totally deload every time you'd never get anywhere and it shouldn't be that difficult to fix anyway.
Start with a 10% deload and start implementing AMRAP sets to allow you to still continue making PRs without requiring an unsustainable LP.

good low bar squat form is impossible with the empty bar for normal people anyway, redbuthotter knows this.
