Got a Scotland interview here - anybody know the exact format they run? They don't seem as open with formatting as places like Thames...just that interview is 20 mins long! Hah.

Yep, mixture of research and clinical. You'll be asked a clinical ABC scenario and about a paper you've read. You'll be asked why Scotland. Might be asked about the Shape of Training review.

I thought the same, I think the dates on the website refer to when shortlisting begins. Because interviews aren't until the beginning of January I can imagine they can afford a prolonged shortlisting period and I imagine people will start hearing from today.

Got a friend who's got an interview at North West. Not sure if they have a cascade system when it comes to interview offers though. Might be useful to email them and check. Good luck! :smile:
