I cried yesterday because I hate uni. Although I spoke to someone about it and I've been okay today I guess...obviously problems are not fixed but I just felt a little better today.

Today, because I had a pretty rubbish day.

But it's okay because crying is just the way I process emotions, if I feel overwhelmed by the time I get home I just sit down by myself, cry for a bit and then get on with what I need to do really.

Last dropped the alphamale persona about a month ago when my beloved cat of 16 years had to get put down, stroked her while she went limp. Seriously was hit hard by that but have been over it for a while now. RIP :s-smilie:

Yesterday because my mum finally booked her wedding so I cried with happiness and excitement. Also cried sad tears yesterday as I took a bad panic attack out the blue and it caught me off guard.
