Funding for an EU national?
Hi all,
I'm curious to see how the funding for Scottish Universities works. Here's my situation, I was born in Poland but moved to live in England at the age of 6 or so, and have lived here ever since. I am also aware that Scottish Universities don't require funding for Scottish and EU citizens, but does this rule exclude me since I've been living in England for the past 10 years or so?
