Anyone know of any £50 bets other than betfred, sportingbet, coral, ladbrokes & william hill?

Also, for the paddypower free bet, can you bet all £50 in one go? Or does it have to be all in 10's?

came across this - seems if you spend £1 on the casino they'll give you £5 to use either on the casino or as a sports bet....

Might be worth it?

New to the casino, you can still take the offer if you've only used their sports betting.
I got a £1 games free bet when I signed up, I've bumped it up to £5  I don't know whether to withdraw it or carry on!
Yeah I did the offer and bet the £5 on a random match and I think it won :s-smilie:
gahh can someone help me out here because Im sooo confused...

Right these first bet refunds as suggested earlier should be treated as SNR right - but FTO says this for one of suggestions...

YOU WILL WIN £ 8.39 ON THIS BET IF YOUR BACK BET WINS.
YOU WILL LOSE £ 8.81 ON THIS BET IF YOUR LAY BET WINS

Now I probably am being really stupid but how the hell are you loosing money?

EDIT: actually I think it is a case of not laying enough or something....but that seems a bit like a bizzare thing to do...as from that calculation I would make either £8.39 if back bet wins, or £11 if it wins on lay as the bet is then returned?

Seems overly complicated to me for that one...doing it manually could make a gaurenteed £16

Oh and is anyone else finding that to deposit money into betclic they are being charged a transaction fee! thats madness, I shouldn't be charged 40p to deposit money from a debit card?
Might give that one a miss if they are seriously going to charge me

Hmm not sure what FTO's calculating there but you should be making about £15 either way.

You should lay less than normal but I think either FTO hasn't found great odds or they're telling you to lay less than you should.
Get the spreadsheet off MSE. It makes things so much easier.
got an arb on, fingers crossed it wins for a nice little £20 today!
shame the odds changed just after backing though, could have made more like £80 :frown:
hopefully though an arb a day will make a steady income for my savings account!

Oops :P

Oh and betclic don't charge if you deposit via moneybookers

Cannot believe my good fortune with arbs today.
Over £125 profit today with another potential £40 profit later tonight.

Do you need a big float to make arbs worthwhile? From the last few posts they seem more profitable then MBing!
Sorry to be so stupid, but what are arbs?

Arbitrage betting is where you find back odds that are considerably higher than lay odds. You can back and lay to get guaranteed profit without the need of any freebet etc...
When, like me, you've exhausted a lot of the easy sign-up offers you can still make a lot of money if you have time to search for odds.

Nah not really. I guess with horse racing you would need enough to lay at 6 odds or so and to increase profits you may want to back with £100 but you don't need a massive float. £600 or so in betfair would suffice although of course the bigger float you have, the easier it is to arb and the more arbs you can have on the go at once.
Haha yeah it can be more profitable than matched betting, especially if you have a lucky day.

Total profits today = £169.40

Not if you know how to arb properly.
You could do £50 arbs with about £500 in betfair and make £20 out of it.

Horse racing usually has plenty of arbs.
Football arbs aren't as plentiful but if you wait for days that have a load of premiership matches on there are bound to be some around.

Also it massively depends on the bookie. Some bookies will very rarely have arbs on anything because they have really bad odds but most of the well-known bookies usually have fair odds.
