you've mentioned three roles which are very different

Pharmacy Techs do a technician role and are generally trained on the job via NVQs etc rather than attending an HEI , admittedly it is one ofthe better paid technician roles in the NHS

Nutritionists are best remembers as that awful poo woman Not-a-Dcotor Gillian McKeith

Dieticians are a HCPC registered professional group.

Just to emphasise that nutritionist is not a protected term and anyone can call themselves a nutritionist with no accreditation at all. It is not a university course
