Does tollens reagant oxidise primary/secondary alcohols?

I was wondering whether Tollens Reagant (a weak oxidising agent) oxidises primary and secondary alcohols? Or whether they just oxidise aldehyes to Ketones.

Any advice would be appreciated
Aldehydes are oxidised to Carboxylic Acids...

Ketones are resistant to oxidation because they lack the hydrogen atom that Aldehydes usually have. So for Tollens Reagant, only aldehydes will form what we call a 'silver mirror'.

@Kadak might help you if I am misunderstanding what you're asking.
