Are my A level options fine if i want to study something history related.

For my A levels I have chosen to do Maths, Further Maths, History and Physics but I can still change my options. At the moment I want to study Civil Engineering at university but if I was to change my mind and wanted to study something history related such as government and politics, would these A levels suffice? If not, what would I need to change to make sure I could get in both courses? Thanks

You are more than fine. Out of the ten or so A levels that are academically respected by all universities you are doing four of them. You can't be accused of having Mickey Mouse or "soft" A levels.
That would be absolutely fine, I believe. Most, if not all universities will take you for history with just history A level - and even that isn't necessarily a requirement. As for politics-related degrees, for the most part they have no specific subject requirements.
Well you've got history so...
