Quick tips for OCR core studies 1&2

Hey, does anyone have any quick revision tips for the OCR core studies 1 & 2 exam on tuesday ??

i went to the holah website, read all the studies and looked at the exam struture. and i got high B in core st.1 and a B in core st.2

When answering a part b q such as give 2 strengths and two weaknesses of the cognitive approach, be sure to answer it with PEC
(point, example, comment)

P: a strength of the cognitive approach is that........

E: an example of this is in gardner and gardners study on.......

C: an implication of this may be (to society/ health treatments etc)
