GCSE english Literature Unit 3 structure or layout

Hello, I am writing my english Literature Unit 3 on Shakespeare, the focus is men in love in the two plays of Romeo and Juliet and Much Ado about nothing. My question is how do i structure my essay? I know it has to be around 2500 words but my teacher hasn't told me anything about the overall layout of the essay except that we should use SWEATY for the body paragraphs. What are essentials for the introduction and how should i start exploring both the characters i am looking at specifically ?
