Urgent Contract law- ANY help much appreciated!

Hi guys, desperate/urgent/great need/dying for help here...
Q. Critically discuss the practical relevance of Lord Denning’s concept of inequality of bargaining power in relation to the law’s approach to agreements made by vulnerable individuals.I'm indecisive on whether consideration-practical relevance in Williams v RB is more relevant here or duress & undue influence is better since both are Lord Denning's concept. I've a stronger feeling for consideration, confirmation please?Any input is muchmuchmuch appreciated! Thanks guys! :biggrin:

I'd say to focus on duress and undue influence, just because there are so many different aspects of consideration other than inequality of bargaining power. There's a Q&A revision guide that answers a very similar question, I'd have a look at that on Google books if I were you. :smile:
