Deciding university options

Ive recently finished my ib diploma and now looking into medicine. I have been accepted into Charles university in Prague and Humanitas University in Milan. As Humanitas is a fairly a newer university i cant seem to find much information about it in comparison to Charles. Im wondering whether anyone could adviice which one out of the two is better.
