Is Marsden House gym free for residences?

I will be living in Marsden House come september and was wondering if the gym/pool facilities are free for people who live in the accommodation? If not, how much does it cost?

I'm currently at marsden house now, the gym is free for Marsden residents, you fill in a form at reception when you first move in. There isn't a pool however, it was changed into a cinema area with a projector and bean bags.

I've been looking at marsden house for September.. can you tell me if the flats are mixed or single sex flats?
