Leeds Beckett IT issue means I cant enrol

Over 2 weeks ago now I told LBU that I cannot enrol on my course online due to an IT issue that kept saying there was an error. I have no idea when my course date is, no idea who my course administrator is so that I can message and ask about induction details and no idea if I am getting my student finance. Freshers is in less than 2 weeks and it’s stressing me out now. They say IT have been investigating this issue for a week but I’ve received no updates. I asked if I can enrol in person and the woman on the phone said no that’s not an option- so what is my option? Sit around twiddling my thumbs just hoping I’ll have enough money to live off until I can enrol and then get my student finance? I feel so lost and have no idea when I am meant to start, my timetable and where I go?! Brilliant!
