Skills Audits

Hello,
I have been told to write a skills audit based on a module at university (criminology with psychology) this requires essentially talking about yourself and what is going well & not going so well within academic studies. However, my lecturer wants us to back the audit up with academic references- how do you do so if you are talking about personal goals and qualities and what references to use

You could use Gibbs self-reflective cycle model and other similar resources to help you structure your audit. Run a search in your uni library, also see what guides have been produced by the uni library as you could use them too. What you're looking for is a handful of items that you can draw terminology from to help you structure your audit.
