Applying for a Postgraduate Loan without NINo
Dear Student Finance England,
I am an EU student accepted to a Masters' course. I have recieved a letter from SFE asking me to fill in, among other things, my national insurance number, which, as far as I know, can be obtained only after entering the UK.
Since I am scheduled to arrive in the UK on the 25th of september, a day before my course starts, does that mean that SFE will be able to decide on my eligibility for the Postgraduate loan in november at the earliest?
Since I don't have the funds to pay for the first trimester and rent a room without the loan, this is a vital question for me.
