Urgent - Applying after withdrawal

Hi! I received my student loan in 2014/15 academic year but unfortunatly I had to withdraw from my course. I have 8,400 pounds to pay back. Can I still apply for the loan if I wish to start my degree in England once again? How should I do it?
Today I received a clearing offer at University of Law. Unfortunatly, the course starts on 19th of September and I did not apply for the finance. Is there any chance that my money will be given on time if I apply today or tomorrow?

I would like to ask for some advice.

Hi there.

If you only have one year of previous study then you can still apply for funding for the full duration of any eligible courses.

You can apply online using the same account you created previously, however, we cannot guarantee funding will be in on time for your course beginning due to the late application.
