Accepting and then withdrawing position for master's
I've just recieved an unconditional offer from a master course that I applied to but I haven't heard back from the other courses I applied to yet so I'm hesitant to accept it. However, I only have 14 days to accept this offer before it is withdrawn. I don't want to take the risk of not having a masters course however I don't want to be rash with this decision either. Can I withdraw my position from a course after accepting it?
It probably depends on the terms for your course. For example, mine stated in the offer letter/website that I can still withdraw my acceptance for two weeks after submitting it

It didn't say anything about being able to withdraw unfortunately
