Student finance loan????

Is it too early to apply for student finance loan, considering that i haven't decided what uni i want to go to?? Do you need to give your (my) credit card details or can i use my parents as mine still hasn't arrived to complete the application??

If you re planning on going to uni in 2017,you can't apply until march

You don't give them any credit card details. You have to give them bank account details in your own name.
