It doesn't really matter as it would be your 5th A-level so universities won't care about it. I say do it though, because it's an extra A.

You should still do it as its your 5th but some universities wont count it, which doesn't really matter as you already have 4 other good A levels.

They won't necessarily ignore it simply because you live in Spain. If you got to an international school and are of a different origin / nationality, then it will definitely be to your advantage.
Unis usually only ignore language A-levels when they're your native language, which Spanish isn't for you, so they might count it, and if they do, it could end up saving you if you slip up in one of your other subjects. Even if they don't, it's only your 5th A-level, it would hardly be any work, you'd be basically guaranteed an A and it would be a recognised qualification to prove to employers that you can speak the language, so it's probably worth doing anyway.
