Er no, based on the 'innocent until caught' theory, Lance Armstrong is guilty because he was caught. It's not that hard of a concept to understand. Your logic relies on someone somehow proving a negative, which by default is impossible.

No, he has been caught. He simply never failed a doping test. He was caught through other means, ie. the USADA investigating the hell out of him, applying a butt tonne of pressure on him and forcing him into admitting guilt.

still no smoking gun.In a normal law trial he would be declared innocent because there are no proofs.Only opinions and accusations.'Innocent until proven guilty' still would apply to him

Does anyone know why they are always struggling to fill the stadium? It's weird seeing that medal ceremony with Ohurougu and then with Fraser-Pryce with practically nobody left.

How can he change his genes? Your argument makes no sense. When athletes dope, it's often chemicals which can cause things like excess testosterone production or increasing the number of red blood cells so the blood can transport more oxygen.
If he was doping (which there is no evidence or suggestion he was) then he'd most likely have been caught already. The level of doping doesn't matter, he'd still show up as having a banned substance in his blood/urine work. Think you need to base your accusations on facts.
