To retake you do not reject your As grades so technically you would have to put them down unless your school has not cached them in, in which case you would put none of your grades down. Thats what my school said to us....
so it just depends on whether my school says i have to put them down or not?
If your school doesn't cash in your grades, you don't put them down and you put everything as pending. If your school does cash in your grades, you can choose to decline them yourself, which your exams officer can sort out for you, so again you wouldn't put them down and you'd put everything as pending. If you want to resit a subject you've dropped, you have to decline the grade. For subjects you're carrying on to A2, you can resit without declining the grades and your AS grades won't change, but any extra marks you pick up will count towards your final A-level grades.
