Trinity Hall accommodation (Woodhouse) Leeds - considerations

Im staying at Trinity Hall this year and i've also booked for next year. Its a nice place to stay - very quiet and close to the University. I only booked after I saw the pictures on there website: http://www.trinity-hall.co.uk/
I am a current resident, and can tell you that the situation at the place is still f'd up. The staff is extremely rude, they need training, the ambassadors are never in office when they are supposed to, parcels go missing, there are just so mant things I can go listing, but you get the point, right. I would suggest finding a better place, I am just held here by my contract since I already signed and paid. Eagerly looking forward to moving out soon.
