Transferring? Starting Again?

I'm in my first year of a degree (International Relations and Spanish) and I'd like to find out what the procedure would be to change uni and course. Essentially I'd like to start at SOAS as a first year in 2008 to do Persian and Arabic.

Am I right in thinking that I should just re-apply through UCAS as I'm not actually transferring per se?

Yes, UCAS.

Yeah, if you want to start again as a first year then it isn't transferring, you have to reapply through UCAS just like you did the first time round :smile:
