Switching universities after completing international foundation year - possible?
Is it possible to be doing an international foundation program at a university and then after completing it attend another university in the UK? Ex. doing the biosciences foundation year at University of Kent then going to University of Surrey for Dietetics/nutrition

Make an informal enquiry as to whether they would consider you. It is possible, but it depends what the uni thinks.
They will probably wish to see a fresh application.
