Gradient is change in y / change in x. Rise over run.

but it's for each point, I dont know the change. Is it just -2/-1 for p?

so for pq it will be 3--1 divide by 9--2 and then that should be your pq grad

You need to take a pair of points, like P and Q which both have (x,y) coordinates. Then divide the difference in the y coordinates by the difference in the x coordinates to find the gradient of the line connecting them. Then you need to repeat this for every pair that has been asked for.
