Do I apply for accommodation at my insurance uni? (Surrey)

I've searched on their website and I can't find any information on whether you need to apply for accommodation even if they're an insurance choice university.

The deadline's very soon (25th July).
I don't think I need to, but I don't want to end up in a predicament..
