I'm quite disappointed that I wasn't able to do the full workout and this week I haven't done any at all really
But, I had a down period last week with MH and now I have got a fever. So hopefully I can pick up again with a good start next week
I wouldn't mind jogging but running (fast) not so much just because I am really unfit atm (due to not exercising for 6ish years) although I definitely want to start donig some jogging and swimming and cycling once I get further into my journey a month or so down the line
Haha pretty much no, I will eat anything. Ofc I have preferences though. So for example I can eat both black and green olives but I prefer to eat green because I find black to salty
