Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Hello, I have got a place to study Electrical and Electronic Engineering in university but I am not sure if going to university is the right option for me now. I am considering an apprenticeship. Is it worth to do an apprenticeship rather than going to university?
I would really appreciate any advice and tips. Thank you 🙏

Depends which uni I guess
An engineering university degree may help if you wish to go into design or project management as you will usually have a wider general knowledge than someone who hasnt, and you have the opportunity to specialise in a certain area in later uni years.

You may very well end up doing the same/similar job if you go along the apprenticship path, and will be being paid during an apprenticship, have no uni debt etc, but it may take more time to get there.

Good luck
