Ucat mitigating circumstances

Basically took my Ucat exam and got 2200 which is not at all representative of my ability , I prepared for 2 months and had continuous sounds While in the exam hall.Though my result isn't good, a complaint to Edexcel what would mitigating circumstances help me or allows me a fair application to other universities that use ucat or must I rely on bmat
