Best trainers for indoor/treadmill use?
I am looking to get back into gym and need some new footwear because i want to do more cardio, is there a specific type of shoe i need for indoor training or can i just use outdoor trainers. Also what recommendations do people have, i have a wider foot which needs to be accounted for when picking a pair out

I've been to places like Sports Direct who can see whether you have low or high arches and suggest trainers accordingly. I wear Skechers shoes most of the time!Quick Reply
