List the factors that would be negative to a supermarkets profitability and operations.
Fewer customers out and about and in shops?
Extra expense?
People afraid to go out?
Suppliers going out of business>
Rise in costs of produce i.e vegetables.
Fewer casual customers
Recession people have less money.
Shortages.

Evaluate means weigh up, so on the other side you need to look at other aspects of cv 19 where its benefited supermarkets.

People not eating out and cooking at home, means extra demand.
Online increase.
People doing bigger shops.
Extra staff and growth.
One of the few shops allowed to stay open.
