Brazil offers condolences to a true footballing legend as well. He will be missed both on and off the pitch.
The Federal Republic of Austria offers her deepest condolences to the victims of Typhoon Morakot. Natural disasters like this are devastating and most shocking.

China would like to note that the international community needs to send aid to Taiwan after the recent hurricane. China would like to specifically ask Russia and the US to aid with large cargo aircraft to drop large earth diggers and other machinery into remote mountain areas to re-open roads.
France would like to offer its condolences to the family of former South Korean president and the 2000 Nobel Peace Prize recipient Kim Dae-jung, who died today in Seoul. Kim Dae-jung did outstanding work in improving the relationship between North and South Korea during and after his time in office.
Malta offers its condolences to those affected by Typhoon Morokot.

We would also like to offer our condolences to those affected by Tropical Storm Ana, in Carribean, and Tropical Storm Claudette in Florida. While there was no/limited life's lost - there is still huge economic damage.

We also urge people to get ready to evacuate from Hurricane Bill, when he decides to actually go where he wants to go.

The DPRK would once more like to pay condolences to the RoK on the death of Kim Dae-jung. On the day of his funeral we note that he has done much to bring our nations closer together and will be missed, by Koreans north and south of the border.

China offers condolences to the family and friends of the thirty people killed in the Russian train derailment near the town of Bologoye on the border between the Tver and Novgorod regions.
The Federal Republic of Austria and The Commonwealth of Australia would like to follow China in offering our deepest condolences to all those affected by the deadly terrorist attrocity in Russia. We hope that the perpetrators will be brought to justice.

Brazil and the World Bank echoes the words of condolences expressed by the French and Austrian representatives. We are willing to help in any way possible.
The Secretary General hopes for the best possible outcome in this situation, hopes that all nations will be united in offering aid, both immediate and long-term, to Haiti, and we are glad of the rescue of the acting Director of the UN Mission in Haiti, Jillian Thorp.
France is deeply saddened to hear of the deaths of three senior UN personnel in the Haiti earthquake.

IAED adds to the condolences for Haiti. More aid is needed for such a calamity.
Haiti would like to add its deepest condolences to Chile, who suffered a 8.8 magnitude earthquake last night, the death count is already at 47, Haiti is deeply sympathetic with the situation and knows itself natural disasters are great calamitys which demand the worlds aid.
